We are working hard to make sure everything is safe for your visit.

We will have a takeaway offering from 19th April, and you can come and enjoy a great meal and drinks at the Copper Dog pub outside from 26th April.

Covid related cancellations.

If you need to cancel, and you give us 48 hours notice, we can help you reschedule.

For Covid related cancellations (government led), we’ll offer you the chance to reschedule, or a refund if that’s not possible.

Normal Cancellations Policy.

You can cancel, free of charge up to 2 weeks before your booking date.

If you cancel within the 2 weeks, we will try to re-sell the room(s). If successful, you’ll be refunded, minus an admin fee of £15 per room. 

If we can’t manage to re-sell the room(s), you’ll be charged as follows:

2 weeks prior – 50%

1 week prior – 70%

3 days prior – 80%

Less than 3 days prior – 100%
